Healing begins with awareness, which leads to thought, which leads to cleansing, which leads to nutrition, which leads to better thoughts and it is always, always, fueled by Spirit!

Healing works full circle, allowing change to take place in the nutritional world allows for change to take place at the mental and spiritual level as well.

Unless changes are also made at the mental and spiritual levels.  Nutrition can't do it's job.


Well being is not a matter of getting the right treatments in medical or chiropractic, or any other healing art.  It's not a matter of going to the latest diet fad or just getting the body toxin free.  It's not a program of using just vitamins or juices, or vegetarianism.  Instead it is a matter of realizing that we are multi-faceted and what is in the body, mind and spirit is what counts.
