It’s been one of those mornings….How about for you??
Have you ever started your day out with such a good feeling and flow only to have it come to a screeching halt???
Well, that’s just what has happened to me.
So many things can happen in a short period of time transforming a good day into a bad day. However, there’s only one thing that I can think of that transforms everything back to being good once again, and that’s gratitude.
Having gratitude for everything about yourself, or what you have in your life, really brings a feeling of joy once again.
TODAY, if you don’t already, begin starting your day with at least five things that you can feel grateful for. Make it a practice to write down five things each day so that when you have a day like I’ve just had this morning, where it starts to fall apart, and starts making you feel out of control or crabby, you can easily think about what you wrote down. All of a sudden, while thinking about how grateful you are, you’ll begin to smile once again. The bad energy causing you to feel bad will be chased away by the wonderful feelings you’ve gained from feeling gratitude, and once again a smile will be formed upon your face easily carrying you through any part of your day.
